Day 1
AIRPORT- BENTOTA
Upon arrival you will be proceed to Bentota, en route visit Turtle Hatchery Farm in Kosgoda. In the evening do a city tour in Bentota. Dinner & overnight stay at – Bentota Bentota – situated on the south west coast, at the confluence of the sea and the Bentota river, the sun drenched location and its golden, palm-fringed beaches which border the warm, sparkling waters of the Indian Ocean made it a natural choice for development as the first tourist resort. Today it is known in Sri Lanka’s global tourist markets as a highly attractive holiday resort with a wide and varied choice of distinctive hotels to suit every taste and purse. Bentota has a complete range of tourist facilities, great seafood and very popular water sports centres which provide boating, water skiing, jet skiing, snorkelling and wind surfingwhich provide boating, water skiing, jet skiing, snorkelling and wind surfing.

BENTOTA
After breakfast do a boat ride in Madu river. Optional – do water sports Dinner & overnight stay at – Bentota Madu River - which flows across Balapitiya (approx 80kms down south from Colombo) is one of the rarely visited and unspoiled attractions any nature lover can find in Sri Lanka. She boasts of having a cluster of 64 small islands scattered along her path and the most of which are uninhabited and covered with mangroves. The smallest islet of the lot is called "Satha Paha Doowa" where there is a tiny shrine with a statue built in respect of the gods of Kataragama (Katharagama). According to folklore this islet had been purchased for five cents but some say the name has derived due to its shape of the five cent coin. Madu is certainly a placid and memorable place of interest to any nature lover who longs to witness mesmerizing landscape of the nature. But over thrilled visitors are forewarned! - Madu River is also a known den for crocodiles.

After b-fast proceed to Kandy and witness the cultural dance show in Kandy. Dinner & overnight stay at – Kandy.

After b-fast do a city tour including temple of the tooth relic & Peradeniya botanical garden. Dinner & overnight stay at – Kandy. Royal Botanical Gardens -This botanical garden was first built as a pleasure garden by a Sinhala king and was expanded by the British. It is 147 acres in extent and provides an amazing variety of trees, plants and flowers. Kandy – a lovely exotic city, the Hill Capital and last stronghold of the Sinhala Kings is a UNESCO World Heritage Site which retains an aura of grandeur, time has not affected. Encircled by hills, with a tranquil lake in its centre, it is the site of the renowned temple that enshrines the Tooth Relic of the Buddha and the Royal Botanical gardens – home to one of the world’s best collections of Orchids. A cultural sanctuary where many legends, traditions and folklore are still lovingly kept alive, Kandy and its satellite villages are the centre of the islands handicraft industry (items of wood, brass & silver) exquisite silver or gold jewellery and precious gems of many varieties including the world’s best blue and star sapphires. The highlight of the city’s calendar is the Esala Perahera, when a replica of the casket enclosing the Tooth is taken in procession for ten glittering nights in July/August by exotically costumed dancers, drummers and approximately 100 Elephants.

KANDY – COLOMBO
After b-fast proceed to Colombo en route visit PInnawala elephant orphanage. Then do a city tour in Colombo. Overnight stay at – Colombo. Dinner @ outside restaurant. Pinnawela Elephant Orphanage – set amongst the verdant hills of Kegalle is a unique orphanage, where the tiny tots weigh 60 kg or more. This is the Pinnewela Elephant Orphanage, the world's first and only elephant orphanage established to feed, nurse and house young elephants lost or abandoned by their mothers. Other occupants are elephants displaced from their natural environs by development projects or those found wounded. Visitors could see the baby elephants being fed milk from gigantic feeding bottles or bathed in the river which flows nearby – an unforgettable sight! Established in 1975, by the Wildlife Department and National Zoological gardens which subsequently led to a breeding programme through which more than twenty five elephants have been born since 1984. Colombo - like many capital cities in developing countries Colombo is fast changing its face. almost overnight, skyscrapers arise from where old buildings once stood, yet in some parts, the old world charm is retained. A 100-year-old clock tower and several British built, colonial buildings are still to be seen in the city. The Pettah bazaar – where one can shop for bargains, a Hindu and a Buddhist temple, residential areas where you find the stately homes of the affluent, the Colombo museum, the Bandaranaike memorial international conference hall – an outright gift to Sri Lanka from the people’s republic of china, the new parliament in Sri Jayawardenapura and the folk art center are some of the places of interest that one can visit to.

Below are the cancellation charges which will be applicable in case the customer cancels the trip due to avoidable/ unavoidable circumstances.

  • 10% of the package cost if cancelled before 30 days start of the trip
  • 30% of the package cost if cancelled before 10 days start of the trip
  • 60% of the package cost if cancelled before 7 days of start the trip
  • 80% of the package cost if cancelled between 3 days to 1 day start of the trip
  • A valid Id proof should be submitted during check-in. Documents like Passport Voters Id card, Current Drivers License, Pan Card Copy or Aahdar card are accepted
  • Check in time would be 12.30 P.M and check-out time would be 11.00 A.M
  • Any damages which are caused at the hotel property should be borne the customer
  • Any additional meals which are not included as per the itinerary should be paid by the guest before check-out

  • As per the directive was given by the Government of India, Department of Tourism, all Indian/Foreign Nationals are required to produce proper proof of identification upon check-in. Valid identification documents like Passport Voters Id card, Current Drivers License, Pan Card Copy. All the documents should include a photograph.
  • Ideal check-in time will be 02:00 PM; Check Out timings will be 11:00 AM only.
  • Early check in & late check out will be permitted as per subject to availability of respective resorts at an extra cost depending on the hotel. Please understand that you are arriving at the hotel at your time, which is not binding to the hotel so please do not ask for early check in or late check out because it will create a problem for another guest also
  • Non A/c rooms WITHOUT FAN AT MANY Hotels will be provided at many hotels in hill stations of Himachal like Shimla/ Manali/ Dharamshala/ Dalhousie/ Khajjar, as it doesn’t require as per the weather conditions throughout the year, if some hotels have a/c in the room, then it will be a chargeable basis as per the hotel policy and on direct payment basis only – hotel doesn't allow it without any cost to use the a/c in room if it is there in any of the hotels.
  • Some of the hotels may be in the outskirt area of the city/ town/ where there is ample parking space, good accessibility, silence, view. The main reason to avoid parking issue, hassle & puzzle of the traffic issue.
  • Major of the hotels will take extra charges for Room Heater – which charges to be paid at the hotel directly as per their terms and conditions and depends on guest requirements.
  • All guests are requested to recheck the provided vouchers by our company before start the tours, if any mistake found in that related to date, meal plan, room type clarification, kindly amends the same as early and on the spot take into our attention also to avoid any kind of misunderstanding or mess up.
  • All bookings will be done on base category (standard category of the room) unless – otherwise specified at the time of quotation / booking, All quotations were done on base category only at the time of quotation / confirmation also. So hotel will allocate the standard category of rooms only at the time check-in Room up gradation will be charged extra and depends on subject to availability at the time of booking and on direct payment basis.
  • The vehicle will be permitted to use for sightseeing points  only mention In itinerary, any substitute sightseeing will not be allowed / provided or no refund, reimbursement will be possible for such kind of missing sightseeing points is not visited sightseeing point also.
  • A/c  of the vehicle will not work / allowed  / permitted  - if it is in non-moving / running Position
  • A/c will not work / run / allowed / permitted in hilly regions / Entire Himachal Pradesh – Requesting not to argue on this issue during the itinerary with a driver or our operation department.  It will be working on Plain road surface only. AC will work on the plains roads of Punjab It is strictly allowed / permitted from Delhi to Chandigarh or Pathankot / or return Chandigarh back.
  • The passenger will not get the extra Cooling of A/c any of the tourist vehicles compare to any of private vehicle they are having, some of the time guests having the high-end vehicle so it’s not necessary that you will get the same cooling in tourist vehicle as well.
  • A bigger Tourist vehicle whose capacity is more than 6/7 person like Tempo / Coaches / Winger will have the common issue of Cooling of A/c in the vehicle – reason of Suffocation or more person in a vehicle, this kind of the vehicle’s A/c will not perform compared to mid segment tourist vehicle.
  • Driver and vehicle details will be forwarded to your contact mobile numbers which are given at the time of booking, it will be forwarded to guest 12 hrs prior to your first arrival points by our software systems. The guest is requested not to take follow up for the vehicle details and driver details it will be forwarded to you without fail.
  • It is possible that the detail which is forward to, you can be replaced or changed at the last moment due to any technical reason or any other of the reason also.
  • Passengers arriving in New Delhi by Rajdhani Exp or any train- Pick up will be done at Ajmeri Gate exit
  • Passengers arriving at Hazrat Nizamuddin Station exit are at platform no. 1 pickup parking at Consum Restaurant
  • Vehicles will be parked at the parking area at all station / airport / hotel / sightseeing area parking only. All guests have to walk down to the respective parking point by themselves.
  • An average Speed limit of vehicles on highways will be 60 to 80 km /pH in the hills the average speed will be 20 to 35 km /pH. Heavy vehicle will have a less speed limit, do not force the drivers to increase the speed limit
  • Distance & time of traveling mention in your given itinerary are approximate, it can be different as per vehicle to vehicle, time to time, destination to destination, season to season, driver to driver, etc. as per situations – it is noted from our past experience and on ideal judgment as well.
  • Vehicle timing from 7.00 AM to 7.00 PM. (Except in emergency and pick up and drop)
  • Television / LCD / DVD player & CD Player – this all amenities are complimentary basis services in the vehicle which is provided by local transporter, this all are not the ideal and compulsory component of a vehicle, Only a few of the vehicle having this kind of facility – rest all vehicles having basis entertainment facility in a vehicle this is also not compulsory basis.
  • Music entertainment in Tourist vehicle is not permitted /allowed in many of the STATE by individual state Govt. Rules and authorities, all guests have to follow the rules and not to force Driver to break the rules.
  • Any refund if approved would be processed in 45 days from date of approval
  • In case of cancellations well in advance of the travel date, refund will be processed in 7 days
  • Refund will be processed to the bank account details provided by the customer
